Almost 120 days has completed in that my connection has been worked for 60-70 days only.
PL updated OR rectified OR reinstalled other phone.My connection is at barred state right now.On 1st April they told me that "you it would take another 7 days to activate; I called them on 6th, as the billing plan was not changed I made a complain.I have to call them continously for 10 days to get it fixed.Should we just pay half of the rental if we are not getting the committed delivery.
I have complained so many time in customer care but they just saying they are rectifying it, but its never rectified, but they have sent bill for 2500 when i spoke to them again they are saying its monthly rental.
No assistance from company.
